This blog has been created by and for the Kinast Family. As we begin to grow and branch out, we thought it might be fun to create a place where we could learn and share about one another. In this blog, you will hear stories about funny situations we have been in, current status on family, things that have helped us to grow as people and other positive impacts that we have each experienced in our lives. So, sit back, take a few moments to relax, and learn about those you love who will always love and support you in your life...

Johnston Summer

Dave and I put in 100+ hours at the Fair this year (this is our 6th year and the last year for that many hours!) We had planned to take Thursday off to go together as a family. Dave took the day off work as well. The weather was crummy, but we had a good time!
Last year the train experience didn’t go so well as you might recall…

She enjoyed the train this year! Look how much she loved the ferris wheel! (This photo was taken while we were sitting at the top for several minutes)

We spent the day with friends Claire and Kate in Hesston - doing some Fall flower shopping. It rained on us, but we had a good time. Kate put one behind Adelynn’s ear. It stayed there until nap time. photo (40)
This is when we knew we needed a sprinkler that was actually fun…photo (49)photo (51)photo (65)photo (63)
93* and the rain coat was her idea.

Adelynn has really come into her own over the Summer. Her independence blossomed like crazy. Next Summer will be a whole new ballgame…
